As the secondary market for illiquid alternative investments continues to evolve so too has our offering. The team is split into specialist areas, focusing on private equity, real estate, hedge funds and non-traditional secondaries, including credit strategies.
In the past 10 years the senior team has successfully completed sales processes for more than $20 billion of NAV across multiple geographies and regulatory environments.
Client-focused approach
Our specialist team provides transparency, robust pricing and process to institutional counterparties worldwide. TPM focuses on mid-market GP- and LP-led transactions and has completed single transactions up to $800 million of NAV. Clients include financial institutions, endowments, local government and fund sponsors.
We believe that execution is the key to achieving optimal results. As a result, senior team members lead all aspects of a transaction from origination to settlement and provide a truly bespoke service based on specific client needs.
Independent offering
TPM provides oversight and execution throughout the transaction life cycle, overseeing all aspects of the sales process, including competitive asset positioning and market assessment, preparation of auction process materials, oversight, investor introductions and transaction closings.
Our focus is solely on private market transactions and we do not carry out valuation or analysis on the underlying funds. Neither do we carry out any primary capital raising. This unconflicted approach allows us to put the needs of our clients at the forefront of every transaction and strive for the optimal outcome in every situation.
Global footprint
TPM is a part of Tradition, the interdealer broking arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition (CFT), a fully integrated Swiss-based financial services firm operating multiple brands globally.
