Our Team

Kipp is responsible for deal management and transaction origination. He combines eight years of experience in private markets with a deep technical understanding of execution process to deliver continuous operational improvements in order to establish best in class practices which result in accurate and reliable outcomes for clients from engagement through to settlement.

Prior to joining TPM, Kipp was an Associate Director at Tullett Prebon spending eight years as part of the Alternative Investments team. During this time Kipp played an integral role in establishing best practice execution processes and the management of over 500 secondary market mandates.

Kipp graduated with a BSc in Economics from the University of Essex and is a designated Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder.
